Easy 3 steps process

Step 1. Purchase this design - Fill out the boxes

Step 2. You will receive your first proof within 3-5 business days.
• We offer 3 free revisions, additional proofs after that are $15 each.

Step 3. Production phase - Here you will chose your envelopes colors and other accesories. TImeline varies depending on quantity and paper types

Customization

Do you need more customization?

Think of our designs as the first layer of your invitations, you can mix-n-match, add on or remove items ---- the customization options are endless and you can make them uniquely yours, we will insure your invitations leave a memorable impression on your guests and have them exited and eager for your wedding.

How to order

Step 1. Select the couple illustration you like, this will be your base design

Step 2. Decide how and what to modify on the couple

Step 3. You can decide to keep the card (background) as is or choose one from another design

Step 4. It's okay not to be quite ready with your text, you can skip this one

Step 5. Upload all required files, any issues please send the files to yourfriends@leaddesigns.co

Step 6. Purchase your design

Step 7. We will reach out within 1-2 business days to help refine and confirm your selections.

Step 8. We put together a brief within 3 business days of step 7. This brief will summarizes everything we have discussed such as hairstyle, makeup, invitation wording etc.

Step 9. Once the brief is approved, we start on your 1st draft which you will receive in about 20 business days. Could be more depending on the complexity.

After this 1st draft, it's really just a matter of tweaking things here and there to finalize your design. Most people approve it by the 3rd draft

Refund & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not allow returns or exchanges on stationery. Failure to download digital products from your order will not qualify you for a refund. New downloads can be sent for missing downloads upon receipt of proof of purchase.

Cancellation is allowed only if work on your design has not started

Upon receiving your goods, please inspect them carefully and let us know if there’s a mistake within 7 days from receiving it. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.

If Lead Designs is unable to complete your order because of an emergency, your payment will be refunded in full.
